Once upon a time there lived a determined small-businessman that wanted a little bit more from his current contracted call center — so he started his own. Very quickly, Chicagoland developed into an entity larger than his original company, and the rest is history.

42 Years in the Making

That business owner was Charlie Mefford and he began his quest to create the perfect answering service well over forty years ago. Throughout the years, our answering service has maintained a a strong list of clients ranging from medical doctor’s offices to HVAC/heating and air lines. Proudly, we remain a business at the top of it’s field, comprised of the very same principles which made Chicagoland grow so exponentially throughout it’s first years: Honesty, integrity and, of course, industry-leading prices.
